    Abstract: 台灣的學生運動員在生涯發展的過程中,常面臨許多內在的衝突或外在的挫折等生涯阻隔因素影響了個人潛能的發揮,甚至阻撓了生涯順利發展,可見生涯阻隔之重要性。為了能更貼近學生運動員並了解具體現況,本研究會針對生涯阻隔進行探究,同時也會透過因應策略、心理堅韌度兩概念探討與生涯阻隔之關連性。本研究會透過立意抽樣的方式,以全國各大專院校的學生運動員為研究對象,透過「生涯發展阻隔因素量表」、「生活因應量表簡短版」與「特質運動心理堅韌度量表」進行問卷調查,共取得230份有效問卷,所得資料則以描述統計、單因子變異數分析及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析及討論。
    本研究主要發現如下:
    一、不同「年級」、「入學方式」、「學校」及「運動水準」的學生運動員等在整體生涯阻隔得分有顯著差異。
    二、不同「入學方式」、「學校」及「運動水準」的學生運動員在因應策略達顯著差異。
    三、不同「入學方式」、「學校」及「運動水準」的學生運動員在心理堅韌度達顯著差異。
    四、學生運動員「心理堅韌度」與「因應策略」呈現顯著正相關。
    五、學生運動員「心理堅韌度」與「生涯阻隔」呈現顯著負相關。
    六、學生運動員因應策略中的「行為退避」最能夠預測「生涯阻隔」。

    研究者根據研究結果提出建議,以作為學生運動員生涯輔導及未來研究的參考。
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting perceptions of career barriers, coping strategies, and mental toughness amongst college student athletes,and to also provide suggestions based onthe results ofthe study in providing career guidance to this population. The instruments used in this study were the Career Barriers Scales, Brief COPE,and theTrait sport mental toughness inventory. The subjects were 230college student athletes selected from Taiwan. The data obtained were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows:
    1. There were significant differences in perceived career barriers based on grades, entrance way, college, and sports standards of the college student athletes.
    2. There were significant differences in coping strategies based on different entrance methods, college, and sports standards of the college student athletes.
    3. There were significant differences in mental toughness according to different entrance methods, colleges, and sports standards of the college student athletes.
    4. Mental toughness positively correlated with coping strategies.
    5. Mental toughness negatively correlated with perceived career barriers.
    6. The“backoff”could best predict perceived career barriers.

    Applications for the results of the study and suggestions on career guidance for college student athletes and future researches were provided.
