Abstract:	全文將分為三大部分，六大章節。第一部分：中國戰略與解放軍發展之背景，包含了第一至第三章：第一章是借用中國大戰略這本書的分析方式，將作者對中國的理解有不完全的部分重新補強，增強整體中國大戰略的歷史基礎，並且對於原作者忽略的特例加以詮釋，確立中國大戰略的原則與樣態。第二章則是以軍事事務革新的觀點檢視人民解放軍國防建設與改革的背後動力，並簡略的對於其革新成效做描述。第三章為運用政軍分析途徑對解放軍發展加以解析，透過前兩個部份以及五年計畫、中國對外用兵、經濟發展狀態等要素加以比對，呈現出中國在政治指導的經濟發展環境中，對於軍事力量發展與運用的觀點。第二部分：非對稱衝突分析。為第四章為主，第四章是透過研究近代條件中幾個重要的戰役，挑選出幾個主要影響戰爭結局的重要因素，並解釋這些因素之間的相互關係，從簡單的相關性進行一個陣列式的比較。從比較結果中發現一些非結構性的可操作因素，配合第一部分的結論，針對中國軍事發展的原則性與特性，嘗試透過理論與現實條件的比對，發展我國非對稱防禦概念做為我國未來國防建設之內部條件。第三個部分：未來亞太安全架構下的我國防衛體系。為第五章與第六章，主要的內容著重於以空海一體戰及中國拒止反介入架構下的亞太安全環境中，目前呈現出的狀況描述，同時再度配合第一部分的結論，也就是運用這些原則與特性，選擇中國就海權面向上近年建軍備戰與活動，作為分析的標的。 III 除了外顯的各種數據與明確可見的圖像外，架構起可理解的安全環境認知，做為我國未來國防建設之外部條件。而在第三部分的最後則將這些內部條件與外部條件結合，目的是建立起一個適用於我國、且完全立基於亞太局勢現況的完整認識下，一個對應於中國威脅的非對稱的防衛體系。這個體系不僅僅是對我國有利，也對於所有亞太周邊國家，能夠克服對於解放軍發展所產生的負面影響，同時間這也將形成一種非正式卻有效的安全體系。 The full text will be divided into three parts and six chapters. Part I: China''s strategy and the People''s Liberation Army development background, including the first to the third chapter: Chapter finishing the historical foundations of China''s grand strategy, and for some scholars to ignore the special case of interpretation, to establish the principles and patterns of China''s grand strategy . The second chapter is based on the innovation point of view of military affairs, to view the driving force behind the building and reform of the PLA National Defense, and a brief description of the effectiveness of its innovative. Chapter III for the use of the way of political and military analysis of the PLA development to parse through the first two parts and five-year plan, China''s foreign military forces, economic development status and other factors to be compared, showing China''s environment for economic development in the political guidance for military force development and application point of view. Part II: Chapter IV through several important battles in studying modern conditions, pick out the important factors of several major influence on the outcome of war, and explain the interrelationship between these factors, from the simple correlation array comparisons. Find some non-structural V operational factors from the results of the comparison, with the conclusion of the first part of the principle and characteristics of China''s military development, try through theory and practical conditions, development of asymmetric defense concept as our future the internal conditions of the national defense construction. The third part: the purpose of Chapter V and Chapter VI is to build one for our country is based on and fully complete understanding of the current situation in the Asia-Pacific situation in a corresponding asymmetric defense system of the China threat. This system is not only beneficial to our country, for all Asia-Pacific neighboring countries to overcome the negative impact of the PLA development and the formation of an informal but effective security system.
