摘要: | 重視健康及環保愛地球的生活型態趨勢與積極生活態度,受到越來越多人的重視。人們的食衣住行也隨之朝向低碳節能的方向改變。而各類產品的生產,引入了低碳的元素以及藉由每日的飲食融入低碳的概念便順應而生。飲食是消費者日常生活的一部份,亦是每個人發生頻率最高的日常消費行為。為了推廣低碳愛地球及減少身體負擔,亦即藉由意識的選擇,採取維護自然資源和進一步保護環境免於破壞的飲食習慣調整可視為以個人自身做起,進行低碳生活的環保行動起始點。 本研究以低碳飲食認知、環保意識、樂活健康為自變項,低碳飲食意圖為依變項。以大台北地區成年之消費者為研究對象。問卷發放方式採便利抽樣方式,發放時間為2012年9月17日至2012年10月13日,有效問卷391份問卷,回收率約為95. 37%。以SPSS17.0為本研究之統計分析工具,資料分析方法包括:敘述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析、相關分析、多元迴歸分析與假設驗證。研究結果如下: 1.消費者的低碳飲食認知、環保意識、樂活健康特質皆與低碳飲食行為意圖呈顯著正相關。 2.人口背景資料除學歷外,其餘性別、年齡、婚姻狀態、職業、與所得水準在低碳飲食行為意圖上皆有差異。 3.低碳飲食認知、環保意識、樂活健康特質皆能有效預測低碳飲食行為意圖,三個自變項皆正向影響低碳飲食行為意圖。低碳飲食認知、環保意識、樂活健康特質三個自變項對依變項的解釋力由高至低分別為樂活健康特質、環保意識與低碳飲食認知。 Lifestyle trend has already changed the human behaviors in food, clothing, housing and transportation to the direction of low-carbon energy usage. Diet is an important part of the daily lives of consumers which is the highest frequency of daily consumption behavior for everyone. Low-carbon diet can reduce the risk of Cardiovascular diseases and protect the environment from damage. By daily diet into the concept of low-carbon will be an important issue. This study conducted an empirical analysis to explore the factors influencing the choice of low-carbon diet. In this study, low-carbon diet cognition, environmental awareness, and LOHAS are regarded as the independent variables, and the behavioral intention of low-carbon diet is regarded as the dependent variable. The adult consumers in Great Taipei area were sampled in this study. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings are as follows: 1.Low-carbon diet cognition, environmental awareness, LOHAS and behavioral intention of low-carbon diet showed a significant positive correlation. 2.The behavioral intention of low-carbon die in the demographic variables gender, age, marital status, occupation, and income level had significant differences. 3.The independent variable low-carbon diet cognition, environmental awareness, and LOHAS could predict the behavioral intention of low-carbon diet. The three independent variables affected positively the dependent variable, and the degree of influence from high to low are LOHA, environmental awareness, and low-carbon diet cognition. |
