本研究根據目前臺鐵常見的複線運轉狀況,提出一套完整的數學模式與分析計算流程來進行路線容量分析。整體而言,本研究提出的程序雖然需要較多的輸入參數,但相對也能夠反映較多容量影響因素。本研究以基隆至新竹路段作為案例分析之對象,分析結果顯示,該路段下行之路線容量瓶頸為竹北一新竹段,容量為9 .3 8 列/小時,上行之容量瓶頸則為汐止一七堵段,容量為8.31 列/小時。基隆一新竹段下行方向容量利用率超過80%的路段依序為:萬華-板橋、七堵-汐止、臺北-萬拳、松山-臺北、桃園-內壢、鶯歌-桃園、汐止-南港。上行方向容量利用率超過80%的路段依序為:板橋一萬華、汐止一七堵、桃園一鶯歌。 This paper presents a comprehensive rail capacity model and analysis procedure for double track operation of Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA). Although the proposed model requires many input parameters, it reflects more important and dominating factors of rail capacity when compared with other models found in the literature. The case study of this research focuses on line capacity analysis of the railway section from Keelung to Hsinchu. The result shows that the bottlenecks in downward and upward direction are Jhubei-Hsinchu section (9.38TUlh) and Sijhih-Cidu section (8.3JTU/h), respective/yo The sections whose capacity utilization coefficients exceed 80% in downward direction include Wanhua-Banciao, Cidu-Sijhih, Taipei-Wanhua, Songshan-Taipei, Taoyuan-Neili, Yingge-Taoyuan and SijhihNangang. The sections with more than 80% capacity utilization Coefficient in upward direction are Banciao-Wanhua, Sijhih-Cidu and Taoyuan-Yingge.
