Abstract:	列車排點(Train scheduling)為鐵路營運規劃與調度作業中相當重要的一環，這項作業是屬於技術及勞力密集的工作，因此，如何藉由數學模式及電腦程式來輔助列車排點及調度一直是鐵路運輸產業努力的方向，而在各種求解方法中，又以模擬分析法的應用最廣泛也最為成功。目前已發表的模擬模式大部分是採用高級車優先通行(Priority queue)或是先到先服務(First-come-first-serve)的策略，但許多研究均曾指出，此種策略並不是最佳的等候規則，因此本篇文章藉著分析不同閉塞系統(自動閉塞區間及人工閉塞區間)以及不同等候規則下之期望交會及待避延誤，來推論出一個比較合理的等候規則，此一等候規則雖然僅能保證局部最佳化，但提供傳統先出發先抵達以及高級車優先通行等運轉策略以外的另一種替代方案，可作為發展大型的列車運轉模擬程式或是實務上列車運轉調度的參考。
