    Abstract: 本研究將討論幾丁聚醣/丙烯酸共聚合體的酵素分解性質。首先利用過硫酸鉀以及硝酸銨鈰兩種起始劑，分別合成出幾丁聚醣/丙烯酸嵌段共聚體以及接枝共聚體，之後再利用溶菌水解，以及活性污泥微生物分解兩種方法，來評估共聚合體的分解性質。從研究中發現，不論是使用酵素或是活性污泥溶液，皆能使共聚體發生重量損失。
