    Abstract: 隨著資訊科技的發展,將電腦多媒體應用在教育上已成為一種趨勢。因此愈來愈多人結合了教學設計的方法,設計出許多良好的電腦多媒體課程軟體,對於學習成效的提昇有極大的助益。 然而,在這些課程軟體中,卻鮮有針對聽障者而設計的,因此本文主要的目的,是對啟聰課程軟體的設計提出一些看法,希望能作為日後設計啟聰教育課程軟體的參考。本文將先就聽障者的學習困難加以討論,並進而探討電腦多媒體課程軟體的特性對於啟聰教育上的助益,最後提出一些啟聰教育課程軟體的設計原則,以期今後能設計出真正符合聽障者需求的課程軟體。
    As technology develops, using interactive multimedia in education has become a trend. Employing instructional design for CAI courseware proven to be a good way to promote learning effectiveness. However, among all the courseware, few was for deaf learners. With expectation that CAI courseware may help dear learners, this article is to provide some guidelines in designing CAI courseware that meets the special needs of the deaf. The paper first summarized the learning disabilities of the deaf, then discuss how to utilize the features of computer to conquer the learning barriers for deaf learners. At last, designing courseware of principles were provided as guidelines for people who want to design CAI courseware that truly matches the needs of deaf learners.
