本研究計畫以Macroazo-initiator法以自由基聚 合反式合成親水疏水性鏈節之兩親性 (amphiphilic)團聯共聚物(block copolymer)。合成方法 乃先以具OH末端基之親水性-PEG與 Azobiscyano-valeric acid行縮合反應合成出親水性之 Macroazo-initiator,接著加入第二種疏水性(親水性) 單體行共聚合反應而得。藉由共聚合反應時所 使用溶劑極性之選擇,使共聚合過程中生成本身 具分散安定效果的團聯共聚物。在不加入任何 乳化劑及安定劑下可直接合成安定性之block copolymer micelle。研究中將就macroazo-initiator之PEG及 polysiloxane分子量,共聚合時第二種單體之濃度,反 應溫度、時間及溶劑等因素對團聯共聚物之 micelle粒子大小,粒徑分布等形態及反覆乾燥-溶 解分散安定性之影響等,逐一探討。 The amphiphilic block copolymer containing hydrophobic and hydrophilic polymer chains were synthesized by using macroazoinitiator method. The hydroxyl group-terminated hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) were incorporated with azo-unit in the main chain through condensation reaction with azobiscyanovaleric acid. The macroazo prepolymers were further copolymerized with addition of styrene monomer , resulting in an amphiphilic block copolymer. The particle size and distribution of micelles were studied by varying reaction conditions of macroazoinitiator and comonomers with different molecular weights and concentration.
