本研究以macroazo-initiator之方法合成同時具 有親水與疏水鏈結之兩親性團聯共聚合物。首 先乃以具-OH末端基之親水性PEG與azobis- cyanovaleric acid(ACVA)行縮合反應合成出親水性 macroazo-initiator,而後倒入疏水性苯乙烯單體行共 聚合反應而得。研究中將就反應時間、單體及 macroazo-initiator濃度對共聚合物之轉化率、分子 量、及粒徑大小之效應等,逐一探討。 The amphilic block copolymer containing hydrophobic and hydrophilic polymer chanins were synthesized by using macroazo-initiator method. The hydroxyl group-terminated hydrophilic polyethylene glycol ( PEG) were incorporated with azo-unit in the main chain through condensation reaction with azobiscyanovaleric acid. The macroazo prepolymers were further copolymerized with addition of styrene monomer, resulting in an amphiphilic block copolymer. The effect of the reaction condition were studied by varying the reaction time, concentration of monomers and macroazo-initiator concentration.
