在製備之陰離子水性PU分散液及分別加入線 型或可加熱架橋型之聚丙烯酸酯在不同直流電 壓下進行電著塗裝的電化學反應。將聚合物之 薄膜塗裝在鍍鋅之鋼片上,並在 120.degree.C之烘箱 加熱30分鐘,此乾燥的薄膜利用霍氏紅外光譜,全 反射式紅外光,微差熱卡計,電子顯微鏡及吸水性 等方式評估觀察。從試驗的結果顯示電著塗裝 的塗膜量隨著使用電壓、電流以及聚合物離子 當量而改變,並發現電著塗裝的過程中發生若干 不同的電化學反應。DSC ,電子顯微鏡和吸水性質 等證實此電化學反應過程,其中產生某些程度的 架橋反應。 The prepared aqueous dispersions of anionic polyurethanes were mixed with polyacrylates latex (both linear and thermal curable) which are commercially available. Each of individual and the blends of each were carried out the processes of electrodeposited polymeric films on atinplated steel and baked in the oven at 120.degree.C for 30 minutes. The dried films were evaluated with FT-IR, ATR-IR, DSC , and SEM. Water absorptions both in pure water and alkaline solution. The testing results showed that the quantities of electrodeposited films were depended upon the applied voltages and current, as well as the equivalents of polymeric ionmers. There were some degrees of cross-linking reactions Kolbe reaction took place during the electrochemical reaction.
