    Abstract: 對於一些具有放射性的有害物質,必須以鋼筋混凝土桶來包裝與運送,但在運送過程中若發生墜落的問題,如以吊車將其裝上卡車時發生脫鉤的現象,此時的應力極可能為破壞的關鍵,因此有必要加以分析。此問題不同於一般之手機或是筆記型電腦的墜落問題,除了桶身的材質外,桶內的內容物與桶身為兩種不同的物體,彼此間的互制造成問題的複雜性。本文以有限原宿法之套裝軟體-AMPS,對此問題加以分析。分析之參數包刮墜地之角度、地面之堅硬度、內容物之彈性等等,混凝土本身以Mohr-Coulomb 非線性材料模式加以模擬,並已接觸面假設加於桶身與地面之分析進行。分析之結果搭配現場試驗,兩者間具有很好的呼應性。有限元素法可輕易嘗試各種不同的狀況且可搭配圖形輸出,令使用者了解可能的破壞並加以預防。
    The problem studied in this paper is a concrete container for the nuclear waste. The critical condition for such designs will be the unexpected falling of the container. Different from other falling problems (such as the cell phones or laptop computers), the contained nuclear waste could interact with the container. The finite element package, AMPS was used to do the analysis. The contact surface was selected to simulate the container and the ground and the container and the contained materials. Nonlinear geometry and nonlinear material are considered. The dynamic analysis was carried out. The results were compared with an experiment. The comparisons show very good match in the rupture zones.
