    Abstract: 長跨度斜張橋抗風分析中,大多利用頻率域的方法探求結構均方根值反應,但此一方法較難考量斜張橋非線性特性,包括幾何非線性與纜索中垂效應。在本文中,將以高屏溪斜張橋為例,首先由現地動力試驗配合小波轉換識別法,建立一個較為合理的有限元素分析模式,並考慮斜張橋梁柱效應與幾何大變位,同時也考慮纜索中垂效應。另外,再以自回歸模式中之多點模式,建立風速時間歷時,進行斜張橋在風力作用下之非線性動力分析。而此一結果將與頻率域分析比較得知,兩種不同方法雖有差異,但尚在可接受範圍內。此也顯示高屏溪斜張橋整體結構幾何非線性效應並不明顯,但對於纜索的局部反應,則須進一步探討。
    This paper uses the rational finite element model of Kao Ping Hsi cable-stayed bridge from the results of field test to determine the dynamic response of the bridge under wind loads. An autoregressive approach is used to generate time history of wind loads based on target frequency spectra. A nonlinear analytical procedure in time domain can be employed to obtain the dynamic response of the cable-stayed bridge under wind loads. Comparison of the present time domain of analytical results with the traditional frequency domain shows a reasonable match for buffeting responses in three directions, respectively, vertical, transverse, and torsional directions. The results obtained herein will be used as the damage index for monitoring the long-term safety of the Kao Ping Hsi cable-stayed bridge under wind loads.
