    Abstract: 教育部自95 年開始推動大學師資生實踐史懷哲精神教育服務計畫,教育部
    認為培育一位優質教師,應具備專業教學知能,並兼顧關懷弱勢的人道精神,因
    此希望師資培育機構涵養師資生社會關懷及人文精神,發揮教育大愛。
    2009 年暑假,淡大師資生前往台北縣、石門國小與三芝圈中進行史懷哲教育
    服務,重點包括國語文、英文、數學的學科輔導、並輔以社會、自然與生活科技、
    藝術與人文等領域,進行教學活動,利用多元教學策略,提昇學生學習動機、閱
    讀能力、及學習策略與技巧。
    淡大師資生從聯繫、招兵買馬、分組工作與依各校需要設計課程、定期開會
    討論、各校招生、期末考後密集開會、試教、製作教具、上場、檢討、修正、建
    立歷程檔案等,對師資生均是新的學習與挑戰,藉由團隊合作,每人都學到奉獻
    服務及無私無我的人倫大愛等情操。本文探討教育史懷哲服務歷程與成效。
    Since 2006, the Ministry of Education has been promoting the Schweitzer in
    Education: Pre-service Teacher Education Service Program. The ministry considers
    that an expert teacher should have professional teaching knowledge as well as the
    humanitarian spirit to care about the disadvantaged students, thus hopes that all the
    teacher education institutions can encourage pre-service teachers to be more caring to
    the society.
    In the summer of 2009, the pre-service teachers from Tamkang University went
    to Shihmen Elementary school and Sanchih Junior high school as part of the
    Schweitzer in Education: Pre-service Teacher Education Service Program. The main
    focus was on learning subjects such as Chinese, English and math, and integrate other
    areas such as social studies, science and arts. They applied multiple teaching
    strategies to help students to have higher learning motivation and reading abilities.
    The student teachers from Tamkang University were responsible for connecting
    different schools and recruiting. They have then divided themselves into different
    groups to design curriculum, practice with micro-teaching, produce teaching materials
    and finally, the actual teaching and compile the teaching portfolios. Through these
    learning procedures, the student teachers have learned team-work as well as the spirit
    of devoting oneself. This article intends to discuss the process and the results of
    Schweitzer in Education.
