This paper aims at proposing feasible Chinese-English bilingual programs, using computer networks as mediator, for the EFL learning environment of Taiwan. The author first provides an overview of bilingual education models in different
countries, namely the U.S., Singapore, and Canada. Different types of bilingual program and their practice are then presented. Based on the EFL learning environment of Taiwan, the author finally proposes several bilingual programs that
might be helpful clues for language teachers to practice in Taiwan.
