    Abstract: 低地軌道人造衛星組有很多的應用,其中之一是在一定區域內提供定位功能,為了在一定區域內提供定位功能,吾人已發展一個方法去設計一套人造衛星組以便確保永遠有四顆人造衛星是可被觀察得到的,此衛星組將可提供每天二十四小時在良好地理位置的人造衛星組。本文中建議的人造衛星組將可使這區域定位系統所提供的定位功能如同GPS所做到的一樣。
