The phacoemulsification surgery is the most effective methodology for the treatment of angle closure
glaucoma, this paper is base on study of intraocular pressure contrast between pre and post operative of
phacoemulsification simulation. As simulated result of this study, the intraocular pressure changed from
preoperative 40 - 49mmHg reduced to 12 - lSmmHg postoperative, it is approximately about 28% lower
than the normal intraocular pressure of 1O-21mmHg.
