由於超音波晶體乳化手術在臨床上治療隅角閉鎖型青光眼效果卓越。因此本研究將對超音波晶體
乳化手術之術後狀況進行模擬。超音波晶體乳化手術是利用超音波破壞或乳化混濁的水晶體變成細小
的碎片再將其移除,並置入人工水晶體的一種手術。本研究主要是以數值模擬的方式與方法,來探討
超音波晶體乳化手術用於治療隅角閉鎖型青光眼術後於眼球前後房及玻璃體外部的壓力分布狀況,藉
以比較手術前後壓力變化差異。
根據對超音波晶體乳化手術之術後狀況進行模擬的結果,經過手術後,由術前的40~49mmHg 降
低至12~ 15mmHg ,並與正常人的眼壓相較也降低至正常值範園,與國外臨床量測相似, 並且模擬術
後的眼內壓力傳遞情形,此研究在臨床量測上是難以做到的,藉此研究讓醫師做為使用超音波晶體乳
化手術做為隅角閉鎖型青光自民的第一線治療的依據。 The efficiency of phacoemulsification surgery has been excellence for the treatment of angle closure
glaucoma in recent years. Therefore, these simulations were focused on situation before and after
phacoemulsification surgery. Phacoemulsification cataract surgery is an intraocular lens implantation surgery
which is followed by destructing cloudy lens into tiny pieces by ultrasound or emulsification then removes it.
This study is based on numerical simulation method to explore pressure of external vitreous and posterior
chamber changes, and compared results of pressure difference between before and after the
phacoemulsification surgery for the treatment of angle closure glaucoma.
According to simulated results of this study, the pressure reduced to a health intraocular pressure range
after phacoemulsification surgery, these simulated preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure
transmission results are similar to foreign clinical studies; this research is sometimes difficult to achieve in
the clinical, and this study provided an approval for use of phacoemulsification surgery as the first treatment of angle closure glaucoma.
