    Abstract: 為有效整合國內電子化圖書資源，提供完善的圖書資訊服務，以減少因網路等資訊技術發展而衍生視覺功能障礙者(簡稱視障者)在資訊利用時所造成的不便，希望透過研究，蒐整國內外圖書資訊機構針對視障者專用電子化圖書資源所採用之格式及閱覽服務方式之相關文獻資料，據以研提一可供國內電子化資源整合及儲存之統一格式，及視障電子化資源服務改進建議措施，以作為建置視障數位與圖書館資源結合的無障礙學習空間，落實提供視障者公平閱讀權益及資訊接收的機會。
