Abstract:	本研究探討大學生的情緒在學習過程中對於學習表現的影響，127位大學生參與一學期以學習適應為訴求的課程，參與者在學習期間自評情緒程度、填寫「大學生學習與讀書策略量表」（含11個分量表）、規劃個人學習目標，並於學期末繳交個人學習報告。研究資料以參與者自評情緒程度作為自變項，以低、中、高區分為三個程度，進行單因子變異數分析（one-way ANOVA）檢驗期中目標達成率、「大學生學習與讀書策略量表」各分量表以及整體學習表現。研究結果在態度分量表以及整體學習表現達到顯著差異，情緒低分組在態度分量表的得分最高，中等組的整體學習表現最佳，而高度情緒組在態度與整體表現都低於其他兩組，大學生的情緒若處於一個中等程度則學習表現較為理想。
