    Abstract: 本研究為三年期計畫,目的在研發具翼緣擴散外罩多葉片水平軸式小型風力發電機。本報告為第一年期中報告,目前已完成新風洞建立,量測設備建立,包括速度量測設備、扭力計、轉速計及負載系統等,完成風洞實驗阻塞效應定量探討,以及不同葉片數、葉片螺距角、葉片型式及風速下,風力發電機功率性能探討,獲得相對較佳葉片設計資料;數值方面已初步進行擴散外罩流場分析,無外罩葉片空氣動力學特性數值模擬正進行中,所得研究結果,討論於本期中報告。本研究內容與原計畫相符,並已完成大部分預期目標,藉由本研究,已申請「應用於汽車的風力發電裝置」及「電動機車之風力發電模組」兩項專利。
