Abstract:	本研究透過開放式創新與吸收能力的觀點，探討一個新創小型企業，在新之不利、小之不利的條件下，如何管理由外向內之開放式研發創新的過程。實徵上，本文採用單一個案研究，探討千才這家年輕的科技公司，在2003～2011年間，從原先以光纖通訊為主要產品，轉而開發LED美容燈與光面膜，進入醫療照明美容市場的故事。亦即，當創業家的人際網絡開啟機會辨識後，組織將會取得與消化多元的外部知識，特別是參加群聚聯盟、與研究機構合作及申請政府計畫等三類專業資源，進而將之在組織內部進行轉化與創新運用，以開發新產品，進入新市場，並帶動組織成長。
