    Abstract: 目前已開發國家或開發中國家的社會型態正朝三方面發展：1.全球化，2.網際網路的發展，3.以知識為主的新經濟。在產業競爭方面，競爭態勢則日益走向知識密集、資本密集、技術創新的競爭。資訊與網路科技驅動新經濟成長，創新則為新經濟之動力來源，而社交商務將為全球經濟體之關鍵平臺。臺灣產業正面臨此一網路經濟之挑戰，本文從文獻回顧臺灣經濟發展歷程以及資訊通訊技術產業之發展與成就，並提出網路經濟時代下之產業創新策略。
