    Abstract: 本研究试图探讨市场导向与企业策略类型间配适关系,对于组织双面性发展的影响。本研究以国内186 家高科技产业厂商为样本,找出在不同企业策略下,厂商如何运用市场导向
    来影响组织双面性能力的发展,进而提升绩效。研究结果指出,顾客导向与部门间协调有助于组织双面性的发展。双面性能力中,仅能耐应用对组织绩效有显着影响。探勘者与低成本防御者应着重在能耐应用;差异化防御者及分析者则应着重在双面性能力的平衡发展。最后,顾客导向对此四类企业策略而言是最重要的市场导向。
