    Abstract: 本文對最近學校革新運動中一項重要的概念---「教師增權擴能」(Teacher empowerment)進行分析,以瞭解這項概念的具體意涵與實施策略,並探討這項概念是否可於我國教師會中落實。本文之第一部份先歸納澄清教師增權擴能的意涵,第二部份則探討教師會成為促進教師增權擴能組織的可能性,接著由文獻中整理具體的實施策略,第四部份提出教師增權擴能過程中可能碰到的阻力與追求教師增權擴能時必須注意的地方,以免教師增權擴能產生了負面作用,反而有害國內的教育進步,最後則指出未來可行的研究。
