    Abstract: 教師彰權益能被認為是學校革新的動力,教師會則是我國學校革新的產物之一,教師會的設立究竟是否能有助於教師權能感的提升,達成各界對教師會的期望,這是本文探討的重點。經由對十五所設有教師會學校的成員進行訪談所得到的資料,本研究分析我國教師會運作的現況,影響教師會運作的因素,並檢視教師會是否有可能作為提升教師權能感的種子。最後則根據前面的討論提出具體的建議,以期我國學校教師會的發展,確能成為學校革新的火車頭。
