    Abstract: 本研究以薛爾曼(R. Selman)所建構的概念性角色取替能力發展層級為理論架構,用以檢視我國幼稚園小班、中班、大班及小學一、二年級幼兒概念性角色取替能力發展層級。研究對象取自城鄉學校,共計200名樣本。研究方法採個別晤談,結果發現概念性角色取替能力包括非自我中心觀與離中化兩個層面。兒童年齡愈長,愈能由以自我為中心,發展至具有非自我中心觀的特質,進而開展出離中化能力。另在城鄉差異上顯現大部分的城市兒童發展快於鄉村兒童。
