    Abstract: 本文旨在針對學校效能的相關概念作一論析,首先提出評鑑組織效能的五種觀點,其次論及各不同組織效能規準間具有何種關係。最後就學校效能研究過程中可能產生的疑問,諸如應如何看待學校效能、學校效能特徵與學校效能評量指標的內涵是否有所差異、以學校效能指標項目與學校效能作相關分析是否有邏輯失誤之處等,作一探討與釐清。
