    Abstract: 在現今的企業經營理念中, r 顧客滿意」已是一項不可或缺的重要概念,在行銷的過程中,顧客的滿意程度與其再次購買間,也有著密不可分的關聯性。本研究將針對具有重複購買的量販店進行此一關係的探討,主要內容分別為(1)探討在不同構面下,量販店顧客之滿意程度; (2)探討顧客滿意與期望、知覺績效及驗證三者的關聯; (3)探討各個構面下,顧客滿意與再購意願的關聯; (4) 探討人口統計變數與顧客滿意的關聯。
