    摘要: The industrial structure has move to be the more technology and capital intensive from labor intensive as before, and active move to direction knowledge-intensive goes
    on. How use technological transfer as the means, to shorten the gap between technology providers and receivers knowledge. In order new products to develop or improve the operation procedure, become the significant theme. The purpose of this research is technological transfer and relation of transferring the performance for electronic industrial of our country. By use the technology providers, receivers and characteristic of technology build up technology transfer factor. By use the enterprise performance, management performance, labor capacity and productivity to build up the transfer performance. The research approach including reliability analysis. factor analysis, cluster analysis, principle component analysis and variance analyze. The research finds the technology providers possess more experience, resource and remarkable capability, the technological transfer has richer contents and the technology receivers have more intention to go with more resources and capability. The technology providers and receivers communicate with each other more frequently, believe each other. The performance of its technological transfer represented behaves the better. The conclusion and suggest. Technology providers and receivers should emphasize on strengthening their own resources and capability, should strive to be abundant and exhaustive to the technological contents transferred. The same time technology providers and receivers should establish communication and believe in relationship. In order to benefit technological transfer develop the best performance.
    當前產業結構已從勞力密集發展為技術密集與資本密集產業，並積極朝向知識密集的方向進行。如何以技術移轉為手段藉以發展新產品或改善營運流程，成為重要課題。本研究在探討技術移轉因素與移轉績效之關餘，以我國電子產業為研究對象。以技術本身與技術接受者之特性建立技術移轉因素，以企業績效、管理績效、勞動能力與生產力建立移轉績效為衡量指標。研究方法包括信度分析、因素分析、集群分析、主成份分析和變異數分析等多變量統計工其加以驗證。研究結果發現技術移轉內容愈充分及技術接受者配合度高且本身擁有較多資源和能力其所展現之技術移轉之整體績效表現愈佳。在結論與建議方面，技術接受者應多注重本身資源與能力的強化，對於所移轉的技術內容應力求充分詳盡，以利於技術移轉得以發揮最佳績效。
