電腦科技如多媒體和網際網路的運用,提供了新的教學模式與方法。歐美各先進國家為迎接新的教學模式,也已著手進行新一代的資訊教育政策。我教育部自 1996年開始實施高級中學選修第二外國語文實驗計劃,在1997年開始推動為期十年的資訊教育基礎建設計劃,並於民國九十年實施九年一貫課程,將資訊科技融入各學科教學之中,以增進師生運用資訊科技在教導與學習的能力,期能提昇國民的世界觀素養與提高國家競爭力。本文主旨探究一位中等學校法語科教師運用多媒體教材,在目前學校現有電腦設備環境下實施教學時,所應具備之資訊科技知識與教學心態的調適程度,提供有意使用多媒體系統進行教學的教師參考,以便達到更有效率的網際網路教學系統效果。
英文摘要: Computer technology such as multimedia tools and internet provides a new teaching method. The advanced countries are reinforcing their education policy to welcome a new teaching model at information era. In Taiwan, Department of Education started the experimental project of High School Second Language program at 1996. At 1997, the Ten Year Fundamental Information Infrastructure Plan and the continuity of the nine year educational curriculum at 2001 are initiated to integrate the information technology into every school subject. This, hopefully, will augment each citizen's information aptitude, hence the country's competitive edge. This article is a case study of a high school language instructor utilizing multimedia teaching material under current computer facility. The topic covers the basic computer skill needed in order to develop the course content and the necessary adjustment to the change and some recommendations. It is hoped that this report can serve as a reference for interested instructors who wish to explore an efficient teaching-learning method via web-based learning system.
