Abstract: The policy assessment relies on the professionals to build the comprehensive and circumspect indicator survey system. This study aimed at Taiwan’s promotion of policy in the subsidy for the disadvantaged children in computer and information education and implemented the performance assessment program using the Fuzzy Delphi method questionnaire survey. Eight member experts formed the panel of judges, and the questionnaire was divided into two phases to conduct the survey; the first phase integrated the fuzzy linguistic variable scale consensus to establish a triangular fuzzy number representative value; and the second phase formed the expert panel of judges to decide the assessment level and weight of indicators. The analysis results showed that the defuzzification value of the four dimensions of the assessment systems and the eight indicators is between 0.53~0.92. In the dimension weight of the performance assessment system, “the status of use (0.2842)” attracted most experts’ attention; while the indicator weight of “the use of online learning resources (0.92)” showed the most importance. The overall performance assessment system in consideration of the bi-directional factors used the geometric mean of the four dimensions.
