摘要: This study applied the fuzzy statistics to analyze the factors which might attract international students. The self-designed fuzzy questionnaire was used to collect data from 41 international students. This study addressed how fuzzy statistics can be applied to tackle ambiguous questions for inbound study. Fuzzy mean, defuzzification, and fuzzy correlation can be used to interpret what international students intent to do and what they have done. The results reveal that male and female international students show different strategies for their study abroad. However, the college differences show varied influence factors to attract the international students. The findings demonstrate if we can decode the students’ intention and the influence factors properly that will provide better strategies to attract international students. The study suggests maintain cheaper tuition, enhance culture related programs, and provide scholarship that might attract more international students.
