    Abstract: 本文是以速度與準確性機會各半理論來進行文獻回顧,並將其觀念及論點應用在網球技能訓練能中。
This article are review the theory of speed-accuracy trade off on ,and use it’s view point on tennis tennis skill training.
The view point of this theory is mean as you do some movement, the muscle power, body section’s speed ,and the duration of muscle contraction will be changed obvious. But if they are changed, the feasure of movement will be no changed.
There are two points of this theory’s character, they are timing relative and parameter. The relative timing is the deep structure of basic movement, and the parameter is muscle power. muscle endurance..ect.
According the above theories, we get some conclusions as following:1.getting more power by making movement distance more length 2.asking for the movement the complete accord………ect. Finally, hope the above points will bring the coach and plays the benefits and enhance the tennis lever.
