    Abstract: 一種可重置組態光放大器，包括一第一可逆光循環器與一光增益元件。第一可逆光循環器有四個輸出/輸入埠，稱為一第一端點、一第二端點、一第三端點以及一第四端點，依照一控制訊號使第一端點到第四端點是依序以可為一正向循環或是一逆向循環的傳送方向來傳送光訊號，而相鄰的該第一端點與該第四端點之間是不互通。光增益元件連接於相鄰的第一端點與第四端點之間。第二端點與第三端點分別連到一第一通訊節點與一第二通訊節點。
