    Abstract: 在區域化、自由化和全球化的趨勢下，航空公司加入策略聯盟已經形成一股潮流。策略聯盟的經營優勢為降低成本、更有效率的經營與提高服務品質、擴大市場行銷網絡。為因應美國的航空市場解除管制，歐盟亦逐漸自由化其航空市場，而漸進的形成歐洲單一航空市場。歐盟與美國的開放天空協議使得航空公司策略聯盟成為跨大西洋航空市場、甚至是全球航空市場主流的經營型態。本文探討歐洲單一航空市場形成後，歐盟對於航空公司策略聯盟法律架構的建構與主要的規範內容。
