    Abstract: 本研究團隊發展之高壓氣泡油膜萃取系統(專利申請中)可瞬間產生大量微米級含 油膜氣泡,可於幾秒內將廢水中之重金屬濃縮分離,其水/油體積比例可高達上千, 也就是可將金屬濃縮上千倍。為了提高出流水的品質及將高壓氣泡油膜萃取程序應 用於實場廢水處理,未來三年之計畫將著重於薄膜及其它油水物化分離程序與高壓 氣泡油膜萃取系統整合,藉由高壓氣泡油膜萃取系統及薄膜或其它油水物化分離程 序加速金屬回收及油水分離。可行性先導實驗之結果顯示,油膜氣泡和乳化油滴有 非常不同之特性,高壓氣泡油膜程序所產生之含油膜氣泡於後續油水分離程序中可 有效、且非常容易被分離。除了操作壓力相對低外,高達99.1%的油水分離效率可 輕易達到。 本整合程序有下列優點: 1. 去除效率高 2. 設備體積小 3. 高水/油體積比例 4. 重金屬及油脂一併去除 5. 減少萃取液及反萃液的使用量。
