    Abstract: 在本論文中,我們提出基於 Kinect之靜/動態車牌偵測與 SURF 之辨識系統,能節省人力並有效解決車牌歪斜校正、複雜背景以及多車牌辨識問題。本系統分為深度資訊、車牌定位、SURF 特徵擷取與辨識三個階段處理。首先,利用 Kinect 深度資訊去除複雜背景並分辨機車數量;再使用閥值定位具有車牌之影像。最後用 SURF 做特徵擷取與比對,顯示出與資料庫相符的車牌資訊。待測之機車車牌分為靜態與動態兩種狀況。本系統可節省人力並適用於日夜間且準確即時的辨識機車車牌。
