    Title: 我國技術學院學生校外實習成效之研究

    Abstract: 為使學生所學之技能與業界需求相符,透過校外實習的方式,可協助學生提早做好職涯規劃及就業的準備,使學生在學時即先了解職場上工作的運用,使理論與實務結合。本研究旨在從學生參與校外實習後之校外實習滿意度調查中,分析校外實習是否能使學生從中達到學校辦理校外實習課程的目的,即提升就業競爭力。
    本研究以立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查,總計發放478份,回收478份,有效問卷424份。研究發現,學生經由校外實習課程訓練後,其預期的就業力有提升。而不同實習模式、不同學群、不同系科、不同實習天數之校外實習學生,其預期的就業力是有顯著差異的。研究中亦發現實習生不論為何種實習模式,學生在核心就業力的提升滿意度皆高於專業技術能力的提升,建議學校在訓練學生時,關於專業技術能力上,宜多安排業界導師至學校授課,結合校內老師之理論,培育學生專業技能並考取相關之專業證照。而核心就業力之培育則可多利用校外實習之體驗讓學生有所體會與成長。
    實習生普遍對於校外實習是採正面評價,其認同經由校外實習訓練,在實習成效上除核心就業力的提升,在專業技術能力亦能有所提升;在行為改變上,其學會了職場應有之態度外,還學會了人際關係技巧、與時間管理能力,實習後實習生學習態度亦更積極,及具備自信心,大多認同校外實習能提升其就業力。
    To ensure that students have learned the skills that can match with the needs of the industry, by the way of off-campus internships can help students make early career planning and employment preparation, so that students can understand the application and combine theory and practice. This study aimed to analyze whether the off-campus internships can help students achieve the purpose of off-campus internship training, that can enhance the employability and competitiveness.
    This study used Judgmental Sampling for the survey, total of 478 questionnaires were returned of 478, 424 valid questionnaires. The study found that off-campus internship training can enhance students'' employability. There are significant differences in the employment force in a different practice model, Studies the Group, Department and internship days. Study also found that regardless of what kind of internship practice model, student satisfaction in the Core Employability were higher than the Specialized Technical Ability. This finding suggested that when you train students, on the professional and technical capabilities, you can arrange the industry mentor to help students to obtain relevant professional skills and professional licenses. The "Core employability force" of the training can use the off-campus internship to help students to get more experience.
    The students who join the internship generally agreed that off-campus internship is positive, off-campus internship can improve the Core Employability and the Specialized Technical Ability. They can learn how to deal with others, learn the interpersonal relationship skill and time management ability. Most of them agree that off-campus internship can enhance their employability. Because of the internship, they have a more positive for school learning, and have more self-confidence.
