    Abstract: 日本社會在1985年的廣場協議以後,伴隨著日幣急速的升值,其日本企業的海外投資也日趨熱絡。因此,在此一背景之下對於日本企業而言,尋求降低日本企業的成本經營為其重要之課題。因而尋求「便宜與充沛的勞動力」、 「原材料的取得」
    以及「市場的獲得」…等,成為日本企業向外拓展之等等因素 。
    並且從歷史的發展脈絡可得知日本企業向海外投資以美國為首、進而轉向NIES、ASEAN4與近年來以中國為投資的重點發展地區。且從1951年開始,以十年為一個時期,從日本國內的產業發展歷史變化來看,可得知從戰後初期以鋼鐵業為中心的領導發展產業。也創造了以內需為主導的「岩戶景氣」。此為日本經濟的高度成長期。而從1960年開始歷經了第一次的石油危機,日本產業經濟由於旺盛的設備投資,從以內需為主導轉向以出口為主導的產業結構。且以日本國內的經濟條件的變化來看,1970年代前半為日本高度經濟成長期的結束。並從1975年,開始了安定成長的低成長經濟時代。並伴隨著1980年代的泡沫經濟的來臨,與1990年代後半日本經濟開始了失落的十年,其產業結構也呈現大幅度的改變。且海外投資進而帶動日本產業的成長。
    本論文以戰後日本經濟的國內產業結構發展變化,與日本海外投資重點發展的中國地區作為研究的主軸。並研究中國改革開放之後,日本企業在中國的投資發展歷程與日‧中貿易結構的變化。以戰後日本企業海外投資的發展沿革,與日本國內的產業結構變化及在中國投資的日本企業的實例為本論文之研究架構。
     
    Japanese society after the Plaza Accord in 1985, accompanied by the rapid appreciation of the yen, the Foreign investment of Japanese companies are becoming increasingly warm. Therefore, in this context for the Japanese companies seek to reduce the cost of management of Japanese companies, for its important subject. Thus seek cheap and abundant labor, raw materials made and the market…and so on, as Japanese companies expanded outwards of,ets… Then Japanese companies to invest abroad and can be learned from the history of the development context, and then turned to the NIES, ASEAN4 to China in recent years for investment in important development areas.
    Then begin of the 1951,for a period of ten years, leading the development of industry of the early postwar period to the steel industry. Also created a domestic demand-led lwato boom. This is the height of Japan economy growing. And accompanied by the advent of the bubble economy in the 1980s,began a lost decade and half of the 1990s the Japanese economy, its industrial structure also showed a significant change.
    My studies is the domestic industrial structure developments and changes in Japanese postwar economic development of overseas investment. Focus in China as the main axis of the study. Besides, study China reform and opening up investment in the development process of Japanese companies in china with Japanese trade structure changes. Finally, history and development of the post-war Japanese enterprises overseas investment and chang in industrial structure in Japan and Japanese companies to invest in china instance-based research framework of the paper.
