    Abstract: 二十一世紀是一個以知識經濟為主流的時代（劉常勇，2004），因此，唯有透過持續的與他人進行知識分享，才能從相互學習的過程中，保持個人知識常新並為原有的知識創造新價值，維持個人的競爭優勢（黃榮懷，2004）。而隨著網路科技之發展，虛擬社群如雨後春筍般興起（蔡家安、康贊清、洪新原，2011），工作者紛紛自行組成與工作領域相關的虛擬實務社群，期望透過來自不同公司工作者的參與，快速得到更多元的專業知識與實務經驗。但對大多數的工作者而言，專業知識常被視為個人的重要資產，要個人主動與他人分享知識似乎有違常理（Dave
