教育階段弱勢學生教育規劃及實施之相關建議。 This research examines elementary and junior high school educators and student
parents' assessment of educational policies targeting disadvantaged students. The
results of this research aim to provide recommendations to education governing
agencies and elementary and junior high schools regarding planning and
implementation of policies and programs targeting disadvantaged students. Through
stratified random sampling, questionnaires were distributed to 49 junior high schools
and 106 elementary schools in Taipei City, Taipei County, Keelung City, Han County,
and Taoyuan County in Taiwan. A total of 2,015 questionnaires were distributed,
1,251 were completed, of which 1,150 were considered valid. Data were analyzed
regarding educators' and parents' opinions towards the following aspects of education
for disadvantaged students: policy goals, program design, implementation, and actions.
Finally, recommendations are provided for the planning and implementation of
education for disadvantaged students in elementary and junior high schools.
