    Abstract: 一種可增强支撐强度與毛細作用之均熱裝置,係於一殼體中設置一網狀交叉毛細結構體,以構成一蒸汽腔體或蒸汽室(vapor chamber),其間藉縱橫交錯之毛細孔,增强腔體內工作流體之毛細作用,可發揮多點多方向之均熱、散熱作用,迅捷有效散除該均熱裝置所接觸之發熱元件,且因網狀交叉毛細結構體呈現交鏈(cross-linking)狀之機械結構,可增强其支撐强度,提升相關產品之結構穩定性。
