    Abstract: 一種自三次元方向呈微細化幾何造型之微小結構之製造方法,係利用一聚合物基材彼能吸收一電鑄系統所用之電鍍液之溶劑而為該溶劑所膨潤(swelling),俾將聚合物基材上所精密切割之三次元微小結構圖樣之深穴加以縮小,於電鑄后,令金屬沈積入該聚合物基材已縮小之深穴中,以達成電鑄產品之〝微細化〞,藉由選擇性之三次元方向縮小其直徑或寬度或厚度,以確實製作成超微小結構者。
