摘要:	「電子書」的問世，對於出版業、圖書館、使用者等層面的影響甚鉅。為了管理書籍之需要，圖書的國際編碼標準制度應運而生；圖書出版數位化後，是否也需要一識別碼來應用？本研究透過文獻分析及座談會的方式，了解國內外對於「電子書國際編碼」之見解，以試圖提出我國電子書之編碼制度、適用範圍與推廣方式等之具體建議。 With the advent of E-book’s era, publisher, library and general users are all inevitable to face the great impact. The international standard book numbering system has always been adopted for the management of traditional publications. The purpose of this research is discussing the international standard book numbering applications for E-Books. In order to propose an appropriate E-Book numbering system, we hold a focus group and interviewed with some E-books publisher, E-books platform provider and so on to widely collect their opinions. The literature review and symposium discussion are also valuable references for our suggestions.
