    Abstract: 在過去創造力的研究中,大多探討組織因素、個人因素,然而,組織必須提升組織 成員追求內在的動機,進而建立創造力的價值與文化。正向心理學認為正向情緒會擴展 個人的思考行動,並且建立持久性的個人資源,若個人擁有高度正向能力之信念,也就 能助長其創造力。因此,我們的第一個研究目的就是透過正向心理學理論的概念,來探 討工作場合中資訊人員的創造力表現。其次,當個人發生創意行為時,除了需要具備新 奇性與實用性外,還必須經過該領域專家的認可。因此,我們的第二個研究目的是,探 討正向能力、情緒經驗對於資訊人員其角色認同的關係,從自我概念中的角色認同能夠 了解到員工如何發展其創造力,以及認同如何與創造力行動有所相關性。 本研究的第一年方式是參與數個重要的資訊團隊,並輔以深度訪談法,藉由研究者 在深度訪談中,擷取成員個人的經驗知識。再從資料中分析創造力的過程。第二年再針 對研究的模式進行驗證,採用的方法則為問卷的發放。 在學術上,本研究著重於創造力理論及正向心理學模式的結合,分析企業資訊工作 者創造力行為。本研究貢獻一、對現有企業的創造力機制提出說明與建議。貢獻二、研 究結果將對未來資訊工作者價值之改進,提供重要的建設性建議與參考。
    The previous creativity studies focus on evaluation of the organizational factors or individual factors. But the business organizations should encourage employees’ intrinsic motivation to improve their creativity performance as the organizations want the value and culture of the creativity to grow in the organizations. Thus, the positive psychology theory proposes that the positive emotion and personality extent the power of thinking and create an enduring personal psychology capital. When the persons own high degree of personal psychology capital, they maybe more creativity in their work than others don’t. In this study, first, we adopt positive psychology to investigate the creativity process of the IS personnel. Moreover, the creativity should be novelty, practical utility and be identified by the experts in the same field. Thus, our second study purpose is to understand the relationships of positive psychology capital, role identity and creativity among the IS personnel. The dynamical process of the role identification would guide us to reveal the creativity process could deep. In the first year, we will use deep interview to observe several IS groups. These interview cases would demonstrate experts’ experience or knowledge sophistically and to address the process of the creativity. In the second year, we would use questionnaires to collect data and to verify the research model that proposed in the first year. Finally, this study combines the creativity researches and positive psychology theory to investigate the creativity process of the IS field. For practices, result of this study could provide the suggestions about the business policy to improve the employees’ creativity. Also, this study helps IS personnel to rethink about their value in the work.
