    Abstract: 在數位輔助學習工具導入教室現場的幫助下,教師不僅可以充分利用較以往更豐富的多媒體教材內容,教學手法也更加多樣化;但另一方面,學生因為缺少對等的工具與環境,所以仍只能在相對不利的條件下進行主動學習。從教學策略的角度來看,這種環境會使教學活動變得容易傾向以知識轉移(more supplantive)為主;而不利於執行以自我學習為主(more generative)的教學活動。有經驗的教師可以設計合作學習或課後活動來加強學生的自發學習效果,但這一來反而會增加對教師與學習者的負擔,也導致許多教學策略在數位化教室不易落實。目前數位化教室所使用的系統源自個人電腦,硬體設備雖然已經針對教室現場使用情境進行改良,但系統設計上卻仍以單人操作為主,造成硬體設備發揮上的限制。為了解決這個問題,我們計畫從硬體整合、作業系統整合、以及軟體執行環境打造等三個方向同時著手進行。本計畫預期建構出更適合發揮教學策略的數位教室軟體環境,進一步使數位輔助學習應用有更大的發揮空間。
    With the introduction of digital-assisted learning tools, teachers can use richer multimedia learning materials and various teaching methods in classroom. However, due to the lack of equivalent learning tools, students can only perform active learning under comparatively inconvenient environments. From the perspective of instructional strategy, such kinds of digital-assisted learning tools make teaching events more supplantive but not more generative. Experienced teachers will use cooperative learning and after-school events to make teaching events more generative. But, this will increase the burden of teachers and students. Moreover, it may result in the difficult of implementing many instructional strategies in digital-classrooms. The computer systems used in modern digital-classrooms are derived from personal computers; although the hardware has been modified to fit the classroom, the software is still confined in single-user operation, and such design will restrict hardware functionalities on play. To solve this problem, in this project we propose a new software design framework in three directions: hardware integration, operating system integration, and software runtime environment. In this project, we expect to construct more suitable digital-classroom environments for instructional strategies in teaching and to make the digital-assisted learning tools more satisfactory for student learning.
