不同世代婦女生育與勞動參與之關連性研究 整體而言，台灣女性勞動參與率與生育率存在反向關係，本研究欲探討不同世代婦女兩 者間關係是否存在差異。本研究利用1995-2009 年全民健康保險資料中的承保檔及住院 檔加以分析。由於生育和勞動供給間存在內生性問題，因此我們使用「傾向分數配對法」 （propensity score matching method）以及差異中差異法（differences in differences method） 進行研究，一可解決內生性問題，二可避免其他難以掌握的外生因素影響，用以分析近 年來婦女勞動與生育行為間的關連性，並觀察不同世代婦女是否存在差異。 Taiwan is facing the high female labor for participation rates and low total fertility rate, this study is to investigate the correlation between the two factors in different generations of women. Using data from National Health Insurance Data between 1995 and 2009, we use the propensity score matching method and the difference in the difference method to study.
