Abstract:	究竟相似或互補的競爭者組成較多聯盟？為探究此議題，本文應用競爭動態與資源基礎觀點，在同一技術密集產業為實證情境，提出多構面之夥伴間距離的策略因素，企圖解釋為何競爭者組成聯盟的理由。本研究先發展兩個相反方向之提高聯盟組成機率的假說：資源相似性或資源互補性；再以1990到1999和2000到2009此兩個10年期間的聯盟資料庫，由25家半導體領導廠商所組成的600個公司對偶為樣本，進行迴歸模型的假設檢定。結果顯示，模型中來自學習、經驗、功能、文化、財務等5個構面的8個變數，對聯盟組成機率有直接或條件性的顯著影響；而且支持資源相似性（夥伴間距離愈小）比資源互補性（夥伴間距離愈大），較能提高聯盟組成機率的研究假說。為了進一步探究領導廠商之間的競爭動態，本研究延伸競爭動態的架構到合作的聯盟情境，證實資源相似性不但能提高競爭強度，也能提高合作誘因，特別是在技術密集產業領導廠商之間。
