    摘要: 奠基在前三年的基礎之上，本計畫是一個數位典藏的延續性計畫。本計畫將繼續與婦女新知基金會進行合作，取得珍貴的婦女運動史料授權，進行第四年的數位化與資料庫建置之典藏工作。本計畫之目的除了透過數位典藏機制來保存婦女新知基金會的珍貴婦運資料之外，亦希望能有助於提高婦運資料的能見度，並促進婦運資料能利用資訊網絡來廣為傳播，讓外界更進一步瞭解婦女運動的歷史與紀錄。本典藏計畫之核心價值包括「婦運價值」：透過媒體資料庫，紀錄婦女運動的社會倡議與婦運發展歷史。使婦運歷史事件、修法運動、性別議題等內容得以較完整地呈現。其次是「歷史價值」：藉由數位典藏，保存婦女新知基金會中，具有重要價值的婦女運動史料，使得過去未被社會熟悉了解，且缺乏組織整理的運動紀錄得以被妥善永久保存，及再利用。同時具有「研究價值」：資料庫的公開檢索，可使現有諸多性別或是社會運動平台來檢索資源，也可提供學者使用以利研究婦女運動。 本計畫前兩期內容已將完整的新知通訊共286期、騷動雜誌5期以及19本紙本出版品數位化，並訪談了20位資深婦運者口述歷史典藏，也將影像檔轉為文字紀錄，典藏至資料庫中。現正進行中的第三期計畫將數位化1983-2003年度婦運活動紙本照片約6000張、通訊照片附註圖說約2000張、1999-2007年度報告書8本，共約8200筆metadata。申請第四年度計畫預計完成1992-2007政府委託案報告、活動手冊27份、1992-2007結案報告書54份、1987-2003年度活動VHS17卷、2005-2007年度活動DV18卷，與1988-2007歷年活動紀錄錄音帶155捲，共約271筆metadata。典藏內容涵蓋婦女權益的歷年倡議議題，及其歷時性運動紀錄。最後，本計畫典藏將達到如下四項目的：系統性地典藏與記錄婦運各類數位資料、開放資料庫供民眾近用與促進對話、確保民間立場的歷史觀點以及培力新世代婦運人才。
    Following the first and second phases of the project which respectively aim to digitalize “Awakening Newsletter＂, quarterly publications and record oral history of 20 senior women activists, the purpose of the third phase is trying not only to digitalize precious records of women’s movements, but raise visibility and increase understanding of feminist issues with the help of digital information display and development. The third phase of the project fully covers various women’s issues and broad historical movements in women’s rights. In the third phase of the project, we are going to digitalize about 6000 activity photos during 1983-2003, 2000 published photos of Awakening Newsletters, 8 year reports during 1999-2007. In the forth phase of this project, we plan to digitalize 27 government-funded project reports and workshop handbooks, 54 various project reports during 1992-2007, 17 activity tapes during 1987-2003, 18 activity videos during 2005-2007, and 155 activity cassette tapes during 1988-1999. This project hence serves four goals: to transform women’s movement of historical material into digital archive, to build a women’s movement database which is more accessible to the public, to ensure grassroots viewpoint and interpretation on women’s movement and to empower young generation.
