In this paper, we present a scheme which can be used to share a secret image with at least 256 colors into two meaningful cover images. We utilize random number generator and XOR operation to make cover images seem innocent and do not show any clue about the secret image block. Because of the usage of the random number and secret key, even if one share has been stolen by unauthorized persons, it is hard to decrypt to reveal the secret image.
